Can anyone recommend a hosting company that has real 24 hour support and one that also has telephone support?

I have one such account with Webair and they have 24/7 telephone support. Their ticket support isn't always that responsive though but they will definitely reply you in 24 hours time. Usually it is more like in 1-6 hours.

Would have also said Phatservers but recently I have had bad results with them. I'm talking about virtual accounts though, I'm sure that with dedicated accounts you would be treated extra special.
