Links In Your Signature Are No Follow

Your signature may contain outbound urls, but there is no se value as they are all "no follow"... notice a few spammers out looking for a freebie.

no, signature does not to be approved. Although you must follow these rules;

where will i put my signature, i can't see it in my user cp
